Underdog Innovation Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Showroom Rivals and this website. This policy explains how we handle information when you play the game, visit this website, or contact us, including about a brand partnership.

Information we collect

• Account and profile information. The game creates an account identifier to save your progress. We process your chosen display name, handle, avatar, profile information, and account authentication information. If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple provides information needed to authenticate and link your account.
• Gameplay and creations. We store game progress, inventory, virtual currency balances, design configurations, submitted design images, challenge entries, votes, scores, rewards, and community interactions such as likes.
• Purchases. Apple handles payments. We receive transaction identifiers, product information, and purchase verification data to deliver purchases and prevent duplicate or fraudulent grants. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Notifications. If you enable push notifications, we process a device notification token and notification preferences to send game updates such as challenge results.
• Technical information. Our infrastructure and service providers process information needed to operate and secure the service, such as network information, app and device information, error information, and service logs. Production App Store builds use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for usage, performance, and crash information associated with a pseudonymous player identifier where applicable. Product analytics and Crashlytics uploads are disabled in our Debug, simulator, local, and TestFlight builds.
• Communications. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and any contact, business, or product information you provide.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the game; save and restore progress; process purchases; run challenges and voting; display community content; deliver requested notifications; investigate errors, abuse, and fraud; respond to inquiries; and evaluate proposed partnerships. Production usage and diagnostic information helps us understand and improve the game.

Public profiles and shared designs

Your public designer identity, submitted designs, published garage content, scores, and leaderboard information can be visible to other players through community and competition features. Do not include personal or sensitive information in public names or content. When you choose to share a design outside the app, the destination service’s privacy rules also apply.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use Google Firebase services for account authentication, hosted game data, image storage, backend operations, and, in production App Store builds, analytics and crash reporting. Apple provides app distribution, Sign in with Apple, purchase processing, and push notification delivery. This website is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests and technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.

Providers process information to support these services under their applicable terms. We may also disclose information when needed to comply with a legal obligation, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. A brand partnership inquiry does not grant a prospective partner access to player account information.

This website and external links

This landing page does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or a contact form. Download and email buttons open Apple’s services or your email application. Those services process information according to their own policies. The hosting service may process network requests, security information, and technical logs. The page itself does not set marketing cookies.

Permissions and your choices

You can control notifications in the app and your device settings. Saving a design image to your Photos library uses the relevant device permission; the game does not need access to your entire photo library for that action. You choose whether to share images through your device’s share tools. You may decline optional permissions, although the related feature may not work.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your progress, fulfill the purposes described here, and meet applicable legal, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose.

You can request deletion of your game account and associated data in Profile → Account → Delete Account. For an account linked to Apple, you may need to sign in again to confirm the request. You can also contact us for help. Limited information may need to remain where required for legal obligations, security, or transaction integrity, and copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backups. Deleting your game account does not delete Apple’s purchase records or copies you or others have shared outside the game.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email support@underdoginnovationinc.com to make a request. We may ask for information needed to verify your connection to the account. Please do not send passwords or payment card details. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Children’s privacy

Showroom Rivals is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Security and international processing

We use access controls and other technical measures designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
